EuCLR 2012 Issue 2 Available

The second issue of the EuCLR 2012 is now available.

In this issue, Hans G. Nilsson, who serves as Head of Unit at the Council of the European Union, provides the reader with a practioner’s insider perspective on the development of EU criminal law over the last 25 years. Prof. Dr. José Luis Díez-Ripollés discusses the current issues, notably the changes brought about by Spain’s major criminal justice reform in 1995, draws attention to a set of social and political influences and points to a lack of coherent criminal policy. Irene Wieczorek discusses the roles victims play in an Area of Freedom, Security and Justice.
