Munich Postgraduate Seminar in July 2013

From July 3rd to 6th, 2013, the ECPI welcomed around 30 international guests to engage in a discussion on European criminal policy. From July 3rd to 4th, 15 postgraduate students from all over Europe convened in Munich to discuss current issues in European criminal law and to evaluate the substantive legal instruments that have been enacted by the European Union in the past. This seminar was led by Prof. Dr. Luigi Foffani, Modena, (ECPI) and Prof. Dr. Helmut Satzger, Munich (ECPI), and Prof. Dr. Jocelyne Leblois-Happe, Strasbourg. For the students, this seminar served as a forum to share their views and to develop measures for an appropriate and coherent criminal law policy at the European level.

From July 5th to 6th, the postgraduate students participated in the expert workshop as well.
